Things to do in New York - Madison Square Garden
Often referred to as simply The Garden, Madison Square Garden bears the name of four arenas in New York City. Similarly it is the name of the entity which holds the ownership of the place and also several of the professional sports franchises which take place there. Throughout its long history, the Garden was involved in a couple of historical events. These events have included famous political rallies and celebrations i.e. President John F. Kennedy’s 45th birthday celebration during which Marilyn Monroe sang her “Happy Birthday, Mr. President”. It is a perfect place to go to a concert, sporting event or a family show. Tickets and more infoormation is accessible from the main page of Madison Square Garden.
